Position Summary

Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and contract development efforts. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate and government clients, and securing staffing service contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or government contracting and a strong ability to develop long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for staffing services
  2. Initiate contact with companies, hospitals, schools, and government agencies
  3. Develop relationships with decision-makers and procurement departments
  4. Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and staffing service agreements
  5. Respond to RFPs and contract opportunities
  6. Negotiate service contracts and pricing agreements
  7. Represent Trinity Staffing Solutions in meetings, networking events, and industry forums
  8. Maintain client relationships and support long-term partnerships

 

Qualifications

Experience in business development, staffing sales, or contract acquisition
Knowledge of staffing industry operations preferred
Experience with government contracting or procurement processes is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Vendor registration and procurement processes
Experience responding to RFPs or contract bids
